AMBIENT CACOPHONY

Noise.

So much noise.

Resounding everywhere, even in the stillness.

LISTEN TO ME! I NEED TO BE SEEN! I NEED TO BE HEARD!”

Too much noise.

Deafening.

Makes it hard to focus, to have autonomy in our own heads.

“LOOK AT ME! LISTEN TO ME! SEE ME! I NEED TO BE SEEN!”

The distractions never stop.

Never end.

Self-replicating clamor.

VALIDATE ME! I NEED YOUR VALIDATION! GIVE ME YOUR VALIDATION!

Do not be a slave to the noise crying out for your attention.

Beware what you listen to, what you feed your soul.

The soul needs to be fed what benefits the whole.

Empty your mind, so you can fill it on your own.

Deep, slow breaths.

Take back control.

Live with intention: As within, so without.

Limitless potential: the unknown, where stories roam and dreams fester, funneling from the internal to the external—from one world to another.
